- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor customer service. Seem itritated to interact with customers and to do their jobs. Always slow paced - much like a DMV except there isn't a long line and you won't know why you waited so long. Came to pick up meds for my dad and left my wallet in the car. When I came back and gave the info to Valerie, the lady handling the pick up window, said, "don't have any prescriptions for that name." Is her memory really that short that she doesn't remember that she had pulled up my dad's meds less than 20 minutes ago. Anyhow, I've had several poor experiences here. Everyone seems miserable and robotic. Maybe hire more young enthusiastic people. Way better customer service at any Walgreens hands down.November 09, 2017by Ronika Nirankari
