- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hope and all her office staff are TOP Notch. I wouldn't ever switch my mother, as she receives the best care from Mercy Grace. The staff are highly responsive to questions and make any needed referrals for Labs and specialists immediately upon orders. A patient doesn't have to "track down the Dr", since everything is done paperless style, electronically and efficiently.
