  Do not use this doctors office. I plan on writing a poor review wherever I can to make it LOUD AND CLEAR they do NOT care about their patients. For the last several years, I scheduled an appointment for my yearly exam to get a refill on a prescription. Each year after my appointment is complete, I am told that the information is sent over to my pharmacist to complete the refills, and each year when I call to get a refill, they didn't send it and are unable to process a new fill. It's infuriating to be told one thing (each year) to find out another. This year was no different except that it will be the LAST year I put up with it. This year, it was over Labor Day weekend so I had to wait two days without my prescription. I am never going to Dr. Partridge offices again. The front desk staff are rude at the Pecos and Val Vista location. On top of that, I end up waiting at least 20-30 minutes EVERY TIME to see a doctor, and its always a different one each year. Because you know, we all love missing work to sit and wait in your lobby. Dr. Cassandra Korth lied when telling me she would refill my prescription for a year and a half during my appointment so that I could avoid this problem next year. This was confirmed when calling them back this morning, I was told they only give refills for a year. Thanks Cassandra for all of your help in getting my prescription refilled- just kidding! This is unacceptable business practice and I have given them so many opportunities to better themselves but they have failed. Do not use them unless you enjoy babysitting their staff to get things done, getting false information from their doctors and/or enjoy not having your prescription when needed!
