  Literally impossible to get in when you are sick. Last 3 times I've had to call to get in same day, 1) I had to leave a message and wait for a call back because they never answer the phone, and 2) they never have availability when you are sick, no matter how sick. It's not like you can schedule a sick visit. I've literally been told to wait 3 days for a visit because they don't have openings. WORST RAN OFFICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

  Love the doctors, but have finally had it with the office staff. They can be rude, watched them ignore the phone and have been placed on hold for 15+ minutes on numerous occasions. Last straw was having an appointment and walked in to be told that they called me to cancel. Pulled up my phone and showed that they did not call. Confirmed that they had the number correct and their attitude was too bad we can call you if something opens up.

  We have visited this office for 6 years and have typically had a good experience. However, this morning my wife was denied an appointment because she has been healthy for too long and is now a "new patient" and this clinic is no longer accepting new patients. Because of this we had to jump through hoops with Cigna to get a new PCP effective today so she could see a new doctor. They should now have room for new patients because they just lost our family.

  I've decided to fire this clinic today. Dr. Valenzuela is technically my primary care manager, but I don't go to the doctor unless I'm injured or really sick which is rare. Needless to say, I've never met my doctor because he's always booked several days out. All my care has been through nurse practitioners. I didn't like the medication prescribed for pain due to a chipped bone in my foot so when I tried to get something different, I was told to go buy Aleve. Forget asking me what works for me or anything like that. I've had enough and I am moving on.
