- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst Dr office ever I call last week left messages to schedule an appointment and no call back. I call first thing Monday morning they refused to schedule an appointment until she "pulled my records", she was well aware that I had called and did not apologize for not returning my call. I have a medical assistant for 5years and an office manager for 3years. Never have we not scheduled a pt for such an idiotic reason or not called them back to update them on their status.
