- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They gave me the wrong prescription. I went back and got another wrong prescription. They were supposed to give me a couple of different trial lenses and when I went back I still got just one. The wrong one. I paid over $200 to go to a real eye doctor and they got the right prescription in one appointment. Nationwide also got the wrong eyeglass prescription for my daughter. We had to take her to the real eye doctor as well and they confirmed that her prescription was wrong. Now we have to pay to get new lenses for her glasses because the ones we just paid for are wrong.
