- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My appointment was for 11. I came in at 10:20am to fill out the new paperwork and make sure I held my spot so I could be seen on time as I had my sister's college graduation to attend. Around 10:40 I asked how long the wait was and was told about 15 minutes.After 25 minutes, I asked about how much longer the wait would be and the lady at the front desk said I was next. I waited another half hour and it was about 11:30am. I told them I had to go and both of the lady's were talking to each other saying that they were too busy to reschedule me. Finally one of the lady's decided she could re-book me, but I do not want to go back so I told her I didn't need to re-book and I left.July 17, 2017by Alyssa Nguyen
